Argentina - Camping
“Wild Camping” is allowed on public terrain. Camping libre, camping agrestre or refugios are free of charge, all very basic, most of them without facilities. They compensate by the fact that they are situated in the most extraordinary settings. Privately owned campgrounds – camping privado – are free of charge or up to as expensive as an overnight in a 3-star hotel, depending on the facilities. During high season January/February we recommend to pre reserve popular campgrounds.
