1. Day: Darwin

2. Day: Darwin - Kakadu NP (approx. 250 km)

Drive to Kakadu National Park. Ubirr is within the East Alligator region and is known for its rock art. From the top of Ubirr rock there is a panoramic view of the floodplains and escarpments.

3. Day: Kakadu NP

Enjoy a full day in Kakadu National Park.

4. Day: Kakadu NP - Katherine (approx. 250 km)

Drive through the south part of the Kakadu National Park to Katherine. You can take a boat tour to the Katherine Gorge.

5. Day: Katherine - Tennant Creek (approx. 680 km)

Drive through endless wideness. Take a break in Mataranka and enjoy a bath in the hot springs. Take another break at Daly Waters Pub, one of the most rustic bar of the country.

6. Day: Tennant Creek - Alice Springs (approx. 500 km)

South of Tennant Creek you can see the fascinating Devils Marbles. Roly-poly big rocks.

7. Day: Alice Springs - Kings Canyon (approx. 340 km)

Drive on the Mereenie Loop Road through the endless Outback to the Kings Canyon.

8. Day: Kings Canyon

Full day to enjoy Kings Canyon. Three walks exist at Kings Canyon. Kings Creek Walk to the bottom of the gorge and to the platform with views of the canyon walls above. Kings Canyon Rim Walk or the Heartbreak Hill Walk. Take a bath in a billabong.

9. Day: Kings Canyon - Ayers Rock (approx. 300 km)

Drive to the Ayers Rock. Take a walk and enjoy an unforgettable sunset at the Ayers Rock.

10. Day: Ayers Rock - Erldunda (approx. 275 km)

Enjoy the area around the Ayers Rock and the Olgas and drive to Erldunda.

11. Day: Erldunda - Cooper Pedy (approx. 490 km)

Through the Simson Desert and southbound to Cooper Pedy which is the capital of the opals.

12. Day: Cooper Pedy - Port Augusta (approx. 550 km)

Today the landscape changes from desert zone to mediterranean landscape.

13. Day: Port Augusta - Wilpena Pound (approx. 165 km)

Drive to Wilpena Pound and explore the area of the Flinders Ranges. The Flinders ranges are the largest mountain range in South Australia.

14. Day: Wilpena Pound - Adelaide (approx. 460 km)

Drive to Clare Valley, Adelaide Hills to Adelaide. All the major attractions can be reached by foot within 20 minutes. Visit the Botanical Gardens, Museum of South Australia. North Terrace invites to stroll.

15. Day: Adelaide

Drop off your vehicle.
